millions with her Oscar performance and rather normal look, Gaga is back
to her old self! The singer was spotted around New York City in two
bizarre outfits as she went from an all blue leather ensemble with a
Cleopatra inspired wig, to a feathered dress braving the frigid New York
temperatures on Feb. 27, 2015.
